Warranty
We ensure the smooth operation of the offered products, provided that they are used in accordance with their intended use and operating conditions specified in the documentation attached to them or in the instructions for use or assembly. The period of warranty protection for products is counted from the date of sale.
The guarantor is liable to the Buyer only for physical defects resulting from the causes inherent in the product sold at the production stage. The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear of the products and defects caused by the User's fault, e.g.:
- use or application inconsistent with the manufacturer's recommendations,
- incorrect selection of the product to the conditions in the place of destination,
- improper assembly, maintenance, storage and transfer of the product, excluding services provided by the Seller,
- mechanical, chemical, thermal or intentional damage to the product,
- damage resulting from random events or caused by natural forces, e.g. flood, fire, etc.
In the event of independent attempts to repair or modify the product without consulting the Guarantor or the lack of proper maintenance, the rights automatically expire. The guarantor is also not responsible for the destruction or damage to the product resulting from improper packaging or protection of the product by the Buyer.
The guarantor, based on the information, descriptions and notifications provided in the course of the complaint, decides on the validity of the warranty claim and the choice of the method of execution of recognized warranty claims.
The warranty covers free repair of the product, delivery of spare parts or replacement with a new product if repair is impossible. The Guarantor reserves the right to charge the Buyer with the handling costs related to the expert opinion and transport, if the advertised product is in working order or the damage was not covered by the warranty. In this case, the Buyer, upon prior written agreement, will be charged a handling fee in the amount of the Guarantor's costs. In the event of a product repair, the warranty period is not extended by this period. If a product is replaced with a new one, the product is covered by a new Guarantee from the date the new product is released. After the repair, the claimed product will be returned to the Buyer at the Guarantor's expense.
In the event of the expiry of the Warranty rights, the Buyer will be presented with a paid repair quote on preferential price terms as part of post-warranty repair.
