  • THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED

If the product has arrived to you damaged, you can inform us and request repair or replacement for a product free from defects. This option is valid for the number of years specified for a given product from the date of purchase. If you notice a defect during this time - report it to us via the contact panel available in the "Contact us" tab or to our email address: info@nookly.de. If we are unable to repair or replace the product, we may refund your funds or offer to keep the goods and we will refund some of the funds to you.

  • COSTS OF SENDING THE PRODUCT

If we accept your complaint, we will refund all costs related to this purchase.

  • THE PRODUCT IS NOT CONFORMING TO THE DESCRIPTION

If the goods are not as described, please report it directly to us using the contact panel available in the "Contact us" tab or to the email address: info@nookly.de. We will contact you immediately to arrange further proceedings.

  • YOU WANT TO RETURN A PRODUCT

Report the desire to return to us in the form of a declaration (preferably in writing, for example by e-mail or via the contact panel) within 14 days of receiving the goods. Send the item back within the next 14 days of making the statement. We should refund you within 14 days of your statement, however we may hold off until we receive the returned product.

  • COSTS OF SENDING THE PRODUCT

If you withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, the cost of returning the goods will be borne by you. However, we will refund you the cost of the first shipment, in the amount of the cheapest option that was available in the offer.
