I.Cleaning and maintenance

Upholstery should be surface cleaned using the following measures:

Type of dirt	Permitted cleaning agents	Procedure

Before using any agent other than a mild detergent, check the effect in an inconspicuous area, and clean it very carefully.

III. Terms of warranty

The warranty does not cover:

Permanent discoloration caused by contact with clothing containing active, migrating dyes (e.g. jeans, suede, etc.)
Traces from ballpoint pens, ink, markers etc. containing active dyes
Damage caused by high temperature, corrosive liquids, fire
Mechanical damage caused by pets and other users
Defects caused by improper maintenance
